Quantity Surveyor

To submit and update site progress claim once received from Site Supervisor.- Prepare tender documents & submission.- Prepare expected profit and loss budget, material budget, compile and submit to superior for verification and approval.- Prepare correspondence letter related to contractual issue and submit to Head of Contract for reviewing/ verification purpose.- Ensure the project database up to date.- Perform all other duties assigned by superior.- **Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.**:- At least 2 years of working experience in construction.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM5,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (required)
