Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Prepare and calculate cost during tender and material taking-off.
Request quotation from supplier/subcontractor.
Issue Purchase Order and Certificate of Payment.
Prepare budget monitor.
Prepare final account and variation order.
Attend site valuation and perform measurement for claims.
Pre tender and post tender.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveyor or similar.
Min 3 years experience in the same field.
Able to work as a team.
Ability to organize, plan and strategize team and work.
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Valid driving license.
