Quantity Surveyor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for overall QS operation for post contract include project administration and co-ordination, valuation of contract works (interim claim submission, payment certificate), preparation of all contract/commercial related correspondence, etc
To handle all contractual matters related to the execution of the construction contracts.
To liaise with the client/consultants and other construction professionals, such as Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
To undertake any assignment to be given by the management from time to time as instructed by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in construction field. 
Fluent speaking and writing in Chinese and English. 
Strong documentation skill including preparing letters, claims, etc.
Good organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking skills and results oriented.
Office Venue: kota samarahan, Sarawak
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm, rest 1.5 hour (From Monday to Saturday)
