Job Responsibilities: Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.Traveling from the office to various sites as required.Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for a project.Preparing contracts, legal tender documents, invoices, and other documentation.Hiring or procuring subcontractors based on the presented budget to the client.Liaising with site managers, site engineers, and other necessary people to ensure the project follows the timeline.Issuing payments to contractors and other employees.Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections in line with these.Sourcing contractors and/or subcontractors to work on the construction stage of the project.Measuring and valuing the work done on site.Paying subcontractors.Liaising with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers.Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.Pricing/forecasting the cost of the different components needed for a project.Selecting and/or sourcing construction materials.Dealing with financial and legal problems.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Sound knowledge of construction.Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.A valid driver's license.Great networking abilities.Require skill set for AutoCAD.Skill in interior design or similar app is advantageous
