Quantity Surveyor

Qualification: Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, post graduate diploma, quantity survey or equivalent. Fresh graduate or internship are encourage to apply 
 Job Scope:  Prepare design calculations and technical drawings.Prepare tender BQ and tender documentation, project costing and contract administration.Assist in calling quotation and tender coordination.Assist in taking-off quantities and cost planning.Check and verify claims from sub-contractors.Liaise with sub-contractors, client, consultant and project team.Follow-up with project team on progress of work done at site.Assist in operation matters on contractual issues and any other contracts administration duties related to QS.
