Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities Able to handle and lead pre and post contract.  Working independently and monitoring project independently.  Able to handle and good communication between and project ream (developer, consultant and subcontractors).  Preparation of Variation Order, Construction Budget and Final Account.  Requirements Degree / Diploma / Certificates in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying. Minimum 2 years working experience in development / construction company Willing to work extended working time, if required. Good negotiation skills and nature disposition with a sense of urgency. Ability to work under tight schedules and possess team working spirit. Possess own transport and driving license.
