Your primary responsibility will be to assess project requirements, prepare quantity takeoffs, and estimate the costs of materials, labor, and equipment needed for each project.
-Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to understand the scope of work and project requirements.
-Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for interior design projects.
-Prepare quotation to customer.
-Collaborate with the design team to identify and evaluate cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
-Research and source materials, equipment, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure compliance with project specifications.
-Review and analyze supplier/subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and make recommendations to the project team.
-Create and maintain accurate project budgets, monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle, and providing regular cost reports to stakeholders.
-Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
-Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, validate quantities, and address any cost-related issues.
-Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
-Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quantity surveying and interior design.

-Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the interior design or renovation industry.
