Bachelor's degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.-Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the interior design or renovation industry.-Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, and project management.-Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.-Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.-Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.-Professional certification or membership in a recognized quantity surveying association is a plus.
