Quantity Surveyor

-Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and supplier.-Sourcing and purchase items required in tender, monitor project costing and sourcing for suppliers and sub-contractors for successful completion of Projects.-Monitoring projects progress claims, variation order, omission works and meet the projects handover date-Pre-tendering process includes tender evaluation, calculation of quantities, checking the materials needed, price comparison, submission of tender and tender interview (if required).-Work closely with site team-Knowledge in preparing cost proposals for new projects-Knowledge in prepare quotation and prepare tender documents are an added advantage-Knowledge in landscapes works is an added value-Knowledge in handling site paper works (PQP, Safety, etc) [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-wiz-ventures-sdn-bhd-job-quantity-surveyor]
 -Preferably candidate who works with Builders / Main Contractors previously and familiarize with construction contracts-Minimum of 2 years experience in QS with construction firm-Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office application-Possess good interpersonal communications skills, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision-Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
