Quantity Surveyor

. Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
· Ensure timely and completeness of taking off quantity, sourcing for quotation from
specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors, price comparison and costing summary.
· Cold calling to potential customers to generate sales.
· Site measurement and site meeting with Clients and consultants.
· To monitor & track projects progress on site.
. Manage online social media platforms & email.
. Handle other assigned duties or related job as required.
. Provide hostel for outsider & high range commission.
