Quantity Surveyor

1. Preparing BQ (bill of quantities) by studying specification sheets.
2. Identifying gaps between BQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure.
3. Prepare and submit monthly progress claim, Variation Order and Final Measurement.
4. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

; Requirements:- • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent fields.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
• A team player with the ability to interact at all levels.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
• Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage different projects concurrently and adhere to deadlines.
