Job DescriptionPreparing BQ (bill of quantities) by studying specification sheets.
Identifying gaps between BQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure.
Prepare and submit monthly progress claim, Variation Order and Final Measurement.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent fields.
Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player.
Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
A team player with the ability to interact at all levels.
2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
