Quantity Surveyor

-To administer pre-contract work including analyzing scope of tender, sourcing of sub-contractors, preparing bills of quantity, pricing and submission of tenders.
-To prepare evaluation and analysis of tenders/quotations and recommend for approval.
-Responsible for taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.
-Responsible for tender costing and tender documentation.
-Liaison with clients and sub-contractors.
-Take charge of procurement of building materials.
- Coordinate full range of contract activities including estimation, quantity take-off and claims preparation.
