Quantity Surveyor

This job is for a Quantity Surveyor who handles pre-contract work, tender pricing, evaluation, quantity take-off, and procurement.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister pre-contract work including analyzing scope of tender, sourcing of sub-contractors, preparing bills of quantity, pricing, and submission of tenders.
Prepare evaluation and analysis of tenders/quotations and recommend for approval.
Responsible for taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.
Responsible for tender costing and tender documentation.
Liaison with clients and sub-contractors.
Take charge of procurement of building materials.
Coordinate full range of contract activities including estimation, quantity take-off, and claims preparation.
Job RequirementsCandidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related fields.
