Quantity Surveyor

Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in cost analysis and control, monthly claim preparation and evaluation, and upkeep of document flow for ongoing projects.
Assist in tender calling, tender evaluation, analysis, and preparation of tender reports during the tendering process.
Perform measurement/taking off during pre, post, and final contract stages.
Maintain a proper and systematic documentation filing system for outgoing and incoming contract correspondences.
Assist in cost estimation, costing, and procurement for future development.
Responsible for contract administration in accordance with the COC.
Attend meetings as required.
Review and prepare final accounts for recommendation to superior.
RequirementsCandidate must possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Contract Management, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates or candidates with a minimum of 1 – 3 years of related working experience are required.
Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
