Quantity Surveyor

_**Job description**:_- Preparation of complete Tender Documents every time participating in any tender/quotation.- Make a cost estimate based on the current price of goods as needed.- Prepare and complete "Bills of Quantity" (BQ) based on tenders/quotes submitted.- Attending briefings and site visits from the initial stage until the project is completed (if necessary).- Make a comparison of the current price of goods based on the tenders that have been joined.- Making "Taking Off" to get an estimate of quantity if necessary.- Give suggestions and advice to employers about estimated costs based on the quantities that have been calculated.- Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan- Call : 06-630 7023 for any questions.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Seremban (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Seremban: Relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Deadline: 02/23/2024Expected Start Date: 02/28/2024
