Quantity Surveyor

Requirement : Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalentMinimum 5 years and above experience in related fieldPreferably specializing in Quantity Surveying for high rise residential buildingHigh integrity, self-motivated, able to work independently and disciplineGood communication skill, present pleasant attitude and co-operativeWilling to travel and works in outstationAble to communicate in English and Malay Job Description :
a) Construction cost management
b) Preparation of cost estimation/project budget/cash flow based on preliminary or detail design
c) Preparation of bill of quantities (BQ)/tender document and invite contractor to tender for the project
d) Involved in tender evaluation and interview
e) Preparation of contract document/letter award for the tendered project
f) Involved in preparation of progress claim/progress certificate
g) Conduct site valuation
h) To source quotation from sub-contractors of various trades and evaluate the quotation accordingly to the necessary award of the sub-contractors
i) Pre and post contract administration and control
