Job Description
Responsible for taking off quantitiesHandling pre, post contractual matters as well as final accountsAssist tender process, measurement and contracts administration.Prepare the tender and contract documents, including bills of quantitiesSelect price and source for construction materials.Work evaluation and progress claim preparation and submission.Handles the evaluation of VO.Undertaking cost analysis for project work.Ability to prepare reports and administer necessary paperwork.Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.To perform quotation analysis on quotations submitted by sub-contractors and suppliers.Job Requirements
*Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
*At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
*Required Skill(s) : AutoCAD, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
