Quantity Surveyor

Fully aware of the Company Mission Statement, policies and functional objective- To prepare Progress Claims, Variation Order Claims and Final Accounts- To check actual site measurements for tendering of project valuation- To obtain quotations for on-going projects from suppliers or sub-contractors- To prepare post contract variation claim including take-off quantities, prepare BQ, build-up rate and compilation of all supporting documents.- To assist and/or coordinate the claim documents submittals- To maintain tender/project cost confidentiality at all times- Any other duties assigned from time to time as requested by the HOD, Project Manager or Project Leader or the Management.**Requirements**:- Degree in Quantity Surveying or any other related engineering- Computer Literate- 5 years working experience as QS and contracts executive- Available to start immediately- Willing to work at MelakaPay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/01/2024
