Job Scope: Quantity take off based on client requirements and drawings.Prepare BOQ and tender documents.Identify gaps between BOQ and drawings/specifications and make necessary logical suggestions.Source for subcon for quotations.Monitor and control costs throughout the project.Participate in the pre-tendering activities with client, architect and project managers.Coordination with the design team in analysing architectural and service drawings.Buy off completed work by subcon and handle claims and variations.Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the construction site.Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise project outcomes and achieve cost savings. Ideal Profile Job Requirements: Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.At least 3 years experience as QS from main con background.Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations in Malaysia.Basic CAD drawing amendments.Proficiency in cost estimation and management.Able to travel to Melaka at least twice a month.Experience in SG is a plus.Possess own vehicle.Fluency in English.What's on Offer?
