Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparation of claims
Liaise with site personnel and preparation of progress claim on time based on work done
Check/prepare and liaise with site personnel and clients for monthly work-done
Tender preparation
Material order with suppliers under purchasing
Assist and handle any other tasks as assigned by the superior
Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs
