About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the dynamic team at FULLY CONTRACTOR SDN BHD in Miri, Sarawak.
As a full-time Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the construction projects undertaken by the company.
What you'll be doing
Preparing detailed cost estimates and bill of quantities for construction projects
Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the best value for the company
Liaising with project managers and engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget
What we're looking for
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques
Able to handle pre and post contract management
Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay
