Quantity Surveyor

Responsible for quantity take off and cost estimation.Prepare a tender submission within tight schedule.Manage prequalification, negotiations, and vendor contract awards.Responsible for material order processing and cost control.Evaluate and process vendors claims.Prepare monthly progress claims for prompt submission to consultants.Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors.Any other tasks as assigned. Requirements Must possess a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Survey.Knowledge of the CUBI cost software is a plus.Able to manage workplace stress and prepared to put in extra time.Fresh graduates are welcomed.
