Responsibilities Assist in pre-contract documentations: including taking-off of tender, follow up on tender, lead on cost study preparation, gather sub-contractors' and suppliers' quotations. Assist in post-contract documentations : including taking-off of project calculate the quantities of the material before purchase including compilation of sub-contractors quote,  preparation of cost study for every trade involved in the contract preparation of Letter of Award for sub-contractors preparation of progress claim verification of sub-contractors claim issuance of sub-contractor's certificate of payment. preparation of variation orders quotation and settlement of final account.
