**REQUIREMENTS**:- At least 3 years working experience in construction related field.- Budgeting, organizational, planning, negotiation skills are required.- Computer literate and good command of written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia and other dialects will be added advantage.- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.- Able to work under pressure, independently and meet tight deadline.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Responsible for pre and post contract administration.- Monitoring project and cost control.- To evaluate sub-contractor work done/preparation of claim certificate.- Prepare Tender/Quotation documents for tendering purposes.- Prepare Estimates and Bills of Quantities for Project Costing.- Prepare cost management, progress claims, valuation of contract works and is familiar with contractual claims.- Compare supplier/sub-contractor rate quoted with the awarded contract rate.- Assist and undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by Superior.- Prepare tender documents contract budgets bills of quantities and other related documents.Job SummaryResponsible for procurement, assist manager in cost monitoring and control.Key Responsibilities**1. Pre-Contract Stage**- Assist in establishing of project budget- Pre-qualification of tenderers Source and identify suitable tenderers, evaluation and recommendation of tenderers to participate in tender as per tender programme.- Cost analysis I review pretender estimates, analyse on tenders submitted. II elemental cost analysis for building and infra-structure works. III carry out cost economic study of alternative specification and design.- Review tender and contract document.- Assist in coordination of procurement exercise, which include calling of tender, review tender report, attend tender interview, negotiate and finalise award.- Review and rationalization of rates.**2. Post Contract Stage**- Carry out site valuation and process interim progress claim on monthly basis.- Review quotation or claim for variation works submitted by contractors.- Review final account.- Monitoring contractual status.- Assisting in cost control by monitoring and evaluating RFVs.- Assist in preparation of financial statement.**3. Others**- Prepare quotation document for minor works and new works.- Collate and compile cost data report.4. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.5.
