Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Conduct cost estimation, tendering, and procurement activities specifically for Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) aspects of construction projects.
Prepare and analyze project cost reports, budgets, and forecasts for CSA works.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments pertaining to CSA components.
Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts related to CSA systems.
Monitor CSA project progress and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Provide advice on cost-effective solutions to enhance project profitability with a focus on CSA.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of CSA systems into the overall project.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with specific experience in CSA projects.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in construction cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards preferred.
Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is a plus.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders Willingness to travel or relocate as required.
