Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Conduct cost analysis and financial projectionsfor construction projects.Prepare tender andcontract documents, including bills ofquantities.Evaluate and manage all projectcosts, from initial estimates to finalfigures.Conduct feasibility studies toestimate materials, time, and laborcosts.Advise on a procurement strategy andmanage procurement processes.Work witharchitects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projectsuccess.Monitor project progress and handleany financial issues that arise.Prepare andpresent detailed progress reports and costassessments.Ensure compliance with legal andquality standards.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, CivilEngineering, or a related field.Provenexperience as a Quantity Surveyor in the semi-constructionfield.Strong knowledge of constructionprocesses, materials, and legalregulations.Excellent numerical and analyticalskills.Proficiency in relevant software (e.g.,MS Excel, AutoCAD, cost estimatingsoftware).Strong communication and negotiationskills.Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.Proficient In Mandarin ToEffectively Communicate with Mandarin-SpeakingClientsPrefer Semi-Con Factory ConstructionBased Working Experience What We Offer: Competitive compensation and benefitspackage.Great working environment and teamatmosphere.Career developmentopportunities.
