Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The Junior Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our residential construction projects by accurately estimating costs, managing budgets, and providing valuable insights to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities :
1.Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
2.Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis.
3.Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
4.Negotiate and manage suppliers quotations / subcontractor agreements 
5.Provide regular financial progress reports to project managers and finance department.
6.Conduct site visits for valuations to assess work progress and ensure alignment with contract terms.
7.Coordinate with internal management and site personnel in order to monitor the work together
8.Able to meet deadline for assignment given.
Requirements:
1.Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2.Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a focus on high-rise projects.
3.Experience working in a contractor firm or QS consultant firm is advantageous
4.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
5.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, clients, and project teams.
6.Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
