Job Descriptions:Involving in Pre-Contract Tender Submission including measurements & cost analysis.
Involving in Post-Contract administration including cost analysis & budget controlling, sub-contracts awarding, preparation of progress claim / certificates.
Involving in scheduled progress meetings, technical meetings, etc.
Assisting Senior in Pre/Post Contract Administration.
To perform any other tasks outlined by Management.
Job Requirements:Responsible, self-motivated, and independent.
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Construction or any other relevant qualifications.
Preferably at least 3 years of working experience in building / construction or any other relevant fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skilled in software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto-Cad, Cubic Cost, etc.
Accurate in measurement / taking off.
