Quantity Surveyor

Prepare accurate cost estimates for medical construction projects- To be able to do BQ and costing for each tender/project- Utilize cost databases and historical data to support accurate cost predictions- Develop and manage project budgets, taking into account all relevant costs, contingencies, and potential variations- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract specifications- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising the quality and functionality of the medical facility- Review and assess variations, change orders, and additional work, ensuring proper documentation and cost impact analysis- Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions- Handle claims and disputes related to costs, variations, and contractual obligations- Verify and certify progress payments to contractors based on the completion of agreed-upon project milestones- Prepare final accounts at the completion of the project, summarizing all costs and financial transactions**Salary**: RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Quantity surveyor: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Ara Damansara (required)
