Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Responsible for managing, monitoring and contract administration of the project. Manage and coordinate all project related contractual matter. Responsible for pre and post contract management, monitoring materials. constructions cost and procurement, variation order and final materials. Preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimate, tender document & Letter of Award. Responsible for measurement and taking-off quantities. Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims and verify the sub-contractor's monthly claims. Ensure that tender documents, Letter of Award, BQ, contract documents, quotations submission, etc are in order. Responsible for tender costing and preparation of tender documents for submission.   Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the senior position(s). Fresh graduated are welcome for joining Full-Time position(s) available. Self motivated, have good communication skills and strong problem solving skills.
