Quantity Surveyor

JOB SCOPE To be responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost, negotiation with sub-contractors, and other admin related ad - hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Prepare pre-contract & post contract administration for project undertaken, not limited to product sourcing, material request and review of quotations.
Prepare tender and contract documents, such as taking off bills of quantities and cost estimation.
Prepare BOQ construction claims and variation orders (VO).
Handle progress claims and sub-contractor's payment certificate.

Prepare pre and post project P&L (profit and Lost) and budgeting sheet for management review and approval.
Meet construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective action.
Preparing and analysing costing for projects.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or equivalent; Basic knowledge in methods of measurement and contractual matters Good oral and written communication skills.
Possess own transport and driving license.
Microsoft Office & Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD; Possess good negotiation skills, meticulous, independent, and able to work in fast-pace environment.
