Quantity Surveyor

-Responsible for budget management and cost monitoring.


-Research and analyze current market price trends 


-Develop technical and commercial proposal materials.


-Supervise project tendering and quotation requests.


-Communicate with primary contractors and vendors.


-Manage monthly progress claims to the primary contractor, including variation orders and final accounts.


-Perform viability assessments.


-Coordinate on-site and off-site tasks with site personnel and primary contractor.


-Preserve contractual documentation with primary contractors and vendors to protect company interests.

; Requirements:-


-Open to all qualifications like SPM Graduates, Fresh Graduates, or individuals with experience.


-Ability to think critically and swiftly 


-Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft applications like Word, PowerPoint, Excel.


-Basic proficiency in drafting engineering letters. 


-General understanding of contract terms and conditions. 


-Knowledge of AutoCAD Software is preferred.


-Language proficiency: English, Malay, and Chinese (Optional)
