Responsibilities Design and Tender DocumentsStage: PrepareCost Estimates.Takingoff quantities, prepare Bills of Quantities and other TenderDocuments.Examining,analyzing and reporting on Tendersreceived.Prepareand compile ContractDocuments.Attendmeeting and coordinating with other Consultants and Clients on thesub-contract Tender Documents and Contract Documents to ensureconsistency with Main Contractdocuments.Post Contract Implementation and FinalAccount Stage: Attendingsite meeting.Interimvaluation of Works in progress and recommendation for interimpayment.Finaliseand agree on variation and claimssubmitted.Adviseon cost implication of proposedchanges.Costmonitoring and financialstatements.Compilationand settlement of FinalAccounts.Requirements: Aperson with bachelor degree in quantitysurveying. Adetermined person who is responsible to perform the duties on timeand dedicated to try new challenges in eachjob. Freshgraduated candidates are welcomed toapply.
