Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibility : Assist the project manager in project take-offs/to take off quantity for on-going projects and tender.
To be fully in charge of BQ, materials computation and contracts preparation.
To prepare project budgets and cost analysis.
To ensure timely handling and certification of on-going project claims and payments including VOs.
To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and suppliers.
To conduct frequent site visits.
Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Preferably Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Required language(s):Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia Good management of overall QS operation
