Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Responsible for managing, monitoring andcontract administration of the project.Manageand coordinate all project related contractualmatter.Responsible for pre and post contractmanagement, monitoring materials. constructions cost andprocurement, variation order and finalmaterials.Preparation of feasibility studies,cost estimate, tender document & Letter ofAward.Responsible for measurement andtaking-off quantities.Evaluate and prepare theproject progress claims and verify the sub-contractor's monthlyclaims.Ensure that tender documents, Letter ofAward, BQ, contract documents, quotations submission, etc are inorder.Responsible for tender costing andpreparation of tender documents forsubmission.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor'sDegree, Post Graduate Diploma,ProfessionalDegree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.At least2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is requiredfor the senior position(s).Fresh graduated arewelcome for joiningFull-Time position(s)available.Self motivated, have goodcommunication skills and strong problem solvingskills.
