Quantity Surveyor

JOB DESCRIPTION: 1) prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
2) track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
3) measure and value the work done on site
4) liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
5 )write reports.
6) Assessment of monthly interim valuation
7) taking off / measurement
REQUIREMENTS familiar with AUTOCAD software and microsoft office Hardworking, willing to learn, good attitude and the most important passion to the QS job Willing to travel outstation when required Possess own transportation
