Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities: -


-Able to understand 3D modeling with respect to structural drawing and architectural drawings using TEKLA


-Responsible for measurement and material taking-off quantities based on the data output from Tekla model, part drawings for fabrication work, and drawings provided


-Ensure the Material Take off quantity (MTO) is following the technical master plan drawing and civil work drawing as well


-To implement and improve all Material take off (MTO) and filing system.


-Coordinate with stakeholders, sales, engineers, procurement, project team and other relevant parties involved in the construction project.


-Communicate effectively to address any discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure that the drawings align with the overall project objectives


-Understanding of regional basic steel building design concept and specification, architectural finishes or building materials and building requirements 


-Ensure quality with timely deliverables.

-Candidate must possess at least a diploma/ bachelor's degree in quantity survey or civil engineering


-Executive level with 1 years experiences in the related field  


-Good in Taking-off quantities and measurement from drawings or information provided


-Self-motivated, have good communication skills and strong problem-solving skills


-Familiar in steel structure detailing in light gauge steel structure will be an added advantage


-Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
