-To prepare project budget and material quantity, regularly review and update management on the budgeted cost during implementation of the project to ensure cost within budget for the project
-To prepare work done certificate to sub-contractors in accordance to work certified by consultant and ensure work done certificate is tally with done at site
-To evaluate sub-contractors bid and analyse costing before recommendation to award jobs to sub-contractors
-To prepare submission of interim progress claim and ensure work been certified timely and accurately by client / main contractor through site evaluation
-To attend site visit and site meeting as and when required by management
-To prepare for site measurement, taking off quantity and source for quotation
-To liaise with consultant on final payment valuation and certificate of making good defect
-To liaise with client and consultant and prepare for submission of loss and expense claim
-To liaise with site personnel and prepare extension of time with suitable clause of submission
-To ensure submission of progress claims and final account are prepared on time
-Responsible for variation orders and calling quotation
-Assist in tender activities if required
-Responsible for subordinates' performance, ensuring that they meet their goals and objectives.
-Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management

; Requirements:-
-Must possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building Construction
-At least 3 years working experience in Pre and Post contract administration, preferable with main contractor
-Experience in Infrastructure work is preferred.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
-Basic knowledge on Glodon software
-Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision
-Able to work under tight timeline and ability to multi-tasking
-Well familiar in using Microsoft Office tools.
