Checking and verify Q.S. works before submission for approval. Site verification with all consultants.Preparation of variation order.Taking off quantities for material order.Liaise with developers & consultant.Control of building material.Negotiation of tender price / sub-con price / supplier price.Checking & confirmation of variation order (V.O.) such as price.Any other duties as directed by the management.

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
