Quantity Surveyor

Responsible for taking off quantities for tender drawings for tender purposes.
To assist in tender costing and tender analysis.
To assist in liaising with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotations for tender and project purposes.
To assist in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ) for sub-contractors and Variation Oder (V.O) claim to Client, for all projects.
To assist in checking and verification of sub-contractors' progress claim and V.O works.
To assist in preparation and monitoring of project budget to ensure each project is completed within the allocated budget.
To assist in preparation of final account report for completed projects.
To assist in preparation and regular updating of cost monitoring report(s) for projects.
Responsible to ensure proper filing ad document control for various documents such as correspondence, sub-contractors' progress claim and payment certificate, Main contractor's claim, etc.
Any other task which may be assigned from time to time by the superior and management.
Requirements Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Previous experience or internships in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
