Quantity Surveyor (Internship)

-Prepare and finalize the pre-qualification process and compile a list of potential tenderers for management approval before initiating the tender process.
-Collaborate with consultants to coordinate pre-contract drawings and documents, ensuring consistency and sufficiency for tender preparation.
-Assist in preparing interim valuation recommendations, assessing variation order claims, and verifying contractors' payment claims to ensure accuracy.
-Review and evaluate consultants' claims, providing payment recommendations to confirm correctness.
-Compile and organize contract documents for binding after the tender is awarded.
-Maintain and manage purchase records and related documentation systematically.
-Identify prospective suppliers and request price quotations for materials and products.
-Accurately prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
-Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior.
