Quantity Surveyor - Klang / Kl / Sepang

Work Description : To report directly to Contract Manager Taking off quantity for tendering purposes Taking off quantity and prepare as built quantity for project Receiving materials and check stock at site Material sourcing and invite quotation Site Measurement for Claim and V.O purposes Prepare L.A for subcontractor Prepare progress claim Tender Collection and Attend Tender Interview Attend valuation meeting Prepare material reconciliation report for each claim Prepare bar bending schedule for subcontractor Prepare material procurement plan indicating quantities and time for ordering Materials requisition to Procurement Department Any ad hoc duties assign by the management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Proficiency in industry-standard measurement techniques and software.
Sound understanding of construction contracts and regulations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Professional certification or affiliation with relevant industry bodies is a plus.
