Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager

Job Description: Preparation of tender documents, cost, and budget estimation review tender documents, submission of tender within a specific deadline and attend a tender interview. Responsible for monthly progress claim, variation orders, finalize of accounts and prepare for payment certificate. Preparation of Letter of Award/ Appointment to subcontractors. To enquire, source, negotiate and shortlisted subcontractor and suppliers for awarded/ upcoming project. To attend site meetings, site valuation when needed. Any other ad-hoc assigned by Manager or Superior. Able to choose either as site supervisor, project manager or QS  able to work and travel to Muar or Batu Pahat.  Basic Requirements:   Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent. Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia min. 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate who are willing to learn are welcome Required Skill(s): MS Excel, Problem Solving, Communication, NegotiationPreferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or knowledge in construction field including project management able to work and travel at Muar or Batu Pahat. Willing to learn and work in the construction field.
