Quantity Surveyor (Qs) & Contract Executive

Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates and maintain project budgets.Oversee tender processes, manage contracts, and resolve disputes.Create detailed project plans and schedules, and monitor progress.Conduct quantity take-offs for procurement and cost planning.Optimize project costs without compromising quality.Monitor expenses and implement cost control measures.Identify and mitigate risks affecting costs or timelines.Manage variations and change orders, assessing their impact.Prepare regular cost reports for stakeholders.Oversee procurement activities and negotiate terms.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.Minimum of 5 years experience in quantity surveying, procurement, or related fields.Experience in project management, cost control, and contract management is advantageous.Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and budget management skills.Proficiency in quantity surveying, tender analysis, and procurement processes.Understanding of construction contracts and legal regulations.
