Quantity Surveyor (Qs) - Skudai

Responsibilities:To provide detailed cost estimates for projects during the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design stages.
To draft and issue tender documents, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ), specifications, and conditions of contracts.
To evaluate contractor and supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.
To negotiate and prepare contracts as needed.
To monitor and control project budgets to ensure expenditures are within the approved limits.
To conduct regular cost reporting, including forecasting final costs, variance analysis, and cash flow projections.
To identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality or schedule.
To manage contractual issues, including payment applications, variations, and claims.
To assess and approve interim and final valuations of work done on-site.
To review and negotiate change orders, ensuring proper documentation and cost adjustments.
To ensure the projects meet legal and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
Preferably2 yearsof working experience in the related field.
Candidate must possess own transport.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage).
Able to work atTaman Nusa Bestari.
Able to work for5.5 days.Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) & 8.30am – 1.00pm (Sat).
