Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity SurveyorResponsibilities:
Responsible for new tender projects quantity measurement
Responsible for new tender projects pricing and getting sub-contractors and suppliers pricing
Measurement of Rebar, Concrete, Formwork Specialist
Prepare VO, budgeting and costing for all the projects and quantity checking.
Valuation of progress claims and sub-contractor claims.
Checking any discrepancy between the Architect Drawings and Structural Drawings.
Checking whether the structures or buildings are built in compliance with the client specifications.
Attending employer and consultants meetings, main contractor site meetings regarding work progress and site problems.
Any other job function which may be assigned from time to time by the head of department.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quotations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Team player and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
