Quantity Surveyor ( Urgent )

Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities: Review architectural plans and undertake take-off for cost plans and bills of quantities.
Prepare contract documents and tender documentation.
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Preparation on Progress Claim, Sub-contractors and suppliers Payment.
Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma Certificate in Quantity Surveyor.
Required skill(s): AutoCad, Microsoft Office At least 2 years of working experience in this related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
