Queue Coordinator Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities: Providing in-house repairing for printer/desktop and laptopMonitoring dedicated queues to ensure SLAs are maintained.Proper assignment of tickets as well as facilitation of resource allocation based on work loadAssist in coordinating with customers for projectResponse to customer emails and follow up end to endPrepare quotation for customer enquiry and issuance of billing to customer after job had completedReceive and respond any query to all requester in timely mannerPrepare daily, weekly, monthly report to customerProvide update to team lead/management where applicable and any other task assigned by managerRequirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalentPreferably with relevant working experience of minimum 1-2 yearRequired Skills: Well verse in MS Office - Excel, Words and Powerpoint.Resourceful and ability to work under minimal supervision.Willing to work overtime if requiredAble to converse and write well in English.Experience working with customer technology and support requirements.Experience working with SLAsStrong time management and strong interpersonal skills/communication skillsAbility to adapt and prioritize work independently in a dynamic environmentAble to start in short notice is highly preferable1 year contract position
