Responsibilities:Conducting routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshooting process issues, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
Conducting feasibility studies, formulation experiments, and product testing to assess performance and stability.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Analyzing experimental data and preparing reports to document findings, trends, and recommendations.
Preparing and maintaining accurate records of all experiments, analyses, and procedures performed in the plant and process.
Requirements:Degree in Chemical Process/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry or relevant (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Candidates should be meticulous, have initiative, be independent, resourceful, and decisive.
Candidates should be team players and can communicate at all levels (written and verbal).
Good discipline, willing to learn and share attitude.
Able to see through the entire project, from concept to finish.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
